Terms

Terms of Service.

The short version: adults only, fictional companions, use it respectfully, and never as a substitute for professional advice.

These terms cover the public site at talktoamora.cc and the companion experience it links to. By using Amora you agree to them.

Last updated: .

1. You must be an adult.

Amora is an adult-oriented product built around romantic and companion chat. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — to use it. Accounts that appear to belong to minors are removed.

2. Companions are fictional.

Every companion is an AI character. Companions are not real people, do not have feelings, and cannot form relationships, promises, or obligations. Names, faces, voices, and images are generated or illustrated fiction.

3. Not professional advice.

Companion conversations are entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and they must not be used as a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

4. Acceptable use.

Do not use Amora to break the law, to harass anyone, to generate or distribute illegal content, to impersonate a real person, or to attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours. Do not scrape, resell, or repackage the service or its content without permission.

We may suspend accounts that put other people, the service, or its operators at risk.

5. Content and brand.

The Amora name, mark, site design, and written content belong to their respective owners. Generated conversation content belongs to the account that created it, within the limits of the app's own terms.

6. Service provided "as is".

Amora is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, pause, or end. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent the law allows.

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
